Every error in libffado that causes streaming to stop will produce these messages in the end. These messages are from jack complaining about something wrong in libffado. They do in no way help to debug libffado... Yes, my pro24 has the same start-twice problem. So this is kind of a know behaviour. But don't expect a fix anytime soon (as long as you don't provide a patch:-). As all works well at the second start, there are more important things to fix for people where its not working at all...
