Please post the output of ffado-diag and the output of "jackd -dfirewire -v6" as 
stated in the README file.
All we can currently say is that ffado failed to create the streaming device...

Either you missed clicking the "Try again" button, or you don't have enough 
karma to access /dev/raw1394 or /dev/fw*...
