Comment:

 Sorry, got an old Windows Driver, which didn't update Firmware to the
 newest version. Now updated Windows Driver, which updated my Firmware to
 ARM-Firmware 4.8, FPGA 3.02 is running.

 Now I for the first time had a signal and can go further on.
