#135: ffadomixer : weird behaviour of Mute and Hardware Level Control with Focusrite Saffire ------------------------------------------+--------------------------------- Reporter: kooox | Owner: Type: bug | Status: new Priority: minor | Milestone: FFADO 2.0 Version: FFADO 2.0-beta6 (1.999.36) | Keywords: Device_name: | ------------------------------------------+--------------------------------- Using libffado trunk r1255 on 64studio/lenny (kernel 2.6.21-1-multimedia- 486) I have found a little bug in ffadomixer when toggling Mute and Hardware Level Control. Here's how to reproduce, on any of the 5 stereo outputs (perform all these on the same output pair): - Activate Hardware Level Control[[BR]] - Activate Mute[[BR]] - Deactivate Mute As expected, the Hardware Level Control checkbox stays checked, but the device acts as if it wasn't (i.e. the front Level knob is inoperant). Still nothing seems wrong according to ffadomixer output : {{{ set /Mixer/Out12HwCtrl to 1 set /Mixer/Out12Mute to 1 set /Mixer/Out12Mute to 0 }}} When unchecking, then re-checking the Hardware Level Control checkbox, behaviour returns to normal. -- Ticket URL: <http://subversion.ffado.org/ticket/135> FFADO <http://subversion.ffado.org/index.fcgi> Free Firewire Audio Drivers |
