Hi Christiaan, Thanks for your quick reply. Searching with fedora-admin and via http://localhost:8106/fedora/search there are none whatsoever. As this is a new install the only records listed are PID `demo:*'. There are no PIDs related to the Fez interface, i.e., PID `IeB:*'. In config.inc.php I have: @define("APP_SHORT_ORG_NAME", "IeB"); and in fedora.fcfg I have: <param name="pidNamespace" value="IeB"/> <param name="retainPIDs" value="demo test IeB fedora-bdef fedora-bmech tutorial"/> By the way -- and not sure if this is relevant -- if I refresh: http://localhost:8106/fedora/mgmt/getNextPID?namespace=IeB&xml=true then <pid>IeB:10</pid> and so on increments by one. > Can you also check to see if their are entries > in the Fez mysql table "fez_record_matching_field" for those > objects/pids? I'm using MySQL 4.1.22 on a UNIX machine so expect for me this must be the `my.cnf' file: [mysqld] . . . ft_min_word_len = 2 [myisamchk] . . . ft_min_word_len = 2 (following http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/fulltext-fine-tuning.html) > If it is not you will need to update it, restart mysql and recreate the > fez record_matching_field mysql full text index. Using phpMyAdmin 2.9.1.1 I repaired the fez_record_matching_field table.
