Fez is making a REST call to getDatastreamDissemination see:

http://www.fedora.info/definitions/1/0/api/Fedora-API-A-LITE.html

The result is HTML for some reason (it should be XML).  To debug what
the error is, use these lines in include/class.fedora_api.php.  Insert
this before line 635 (before the call to process url)

echo "$filename<br/>\n";

Then after the processURL line add:

echo nl2br(htmlspecialchars($xml)); exit;

This will halt processing just before all those error messages and
print the fedora REST url being used and what fedora said back to Fez.
