I'm having the same problem. The administration menu shows fedora's objects but I never got *any* object indexed into Fez - at least they are not shown in the collections. I'm using Apache 2, maybe that's the problem? I've just looked into the Fez-MySQL-database and there are a few entries containing the pid's from these objects I already tried to index. Also strange is, that these objects are handled by Fez: They are containing FezMD datastreams. Am I missing some specific setting?
