[Fez-users] redirecting

Hi all:
I know in new versions (2.X) some redirectings are needed. For instance
http://localhost/fez/community/changeme:1
http://localhost/fez/list.php?community_pid=changeme:1
Is there any information to know how and where I must modify-include 
these redirections.
