I'm very new to Fez.
I'm trying to install it on Windows XP.
I've install all the necessary programs (Apache 2, mySql, php, convert, etc ....)
And Fez does not run after setup(the Fez setup page). It show me blank page.
And when I check on it, I realized that config.inc.php in Fez_1.3 is empty(0 byte).
The rest of the thing(Database table creation) is working fine.
Setup program do not create/replace/update config.inc.php.
I tried my best to fill in all info in config.inc.php and the page loaded half.
I wander why the setup failed? Is it because of Apache 2? Or because of running on Windows?
Can anyone can help me on this?

I don't suppose you moved or edited the /setup/config.inc.php-example ? That's where setup copies the config from.
Have you tried browsing to /setup/check_sanity.php that may give us some clues.
