#5 Confused JHOVE association with files with same base name

Fez version: 2.0RC1

Fez makes the visual association between the PRESMD datastream with the source data stream based on the filename of the source data, sans extension. This results in an ambiguous and incorrect display if a record contains two files with the same name and different extension as Fez displays the same file size and a single PRESMD for both.

Yes this is a known problem internally. We'll have to think of the best way to resolve this. The correct way would be with a RELS-INT datastream to describe the relationships internal to the object. Currently fez figures this out by naming conventions which is not optimal.
