The published status with the value of 2 is referenced in orca.php and this value is also found in the table fez_status

eg.
orca.php:45:$filter["searchKey".Search_Key::getID("Status")] = 2; // enforce published records only
orca.php:46:$filter["searchKey".Search_Key::getID("Object Type")] = 2; // enforce collection level objects only
stats.php:80: $options["searchKey".Search_Key::getID("Status")] = 2; // enforce published records only
