The bin/fesi script, although outwardly correct, will
not run on a linux/unix system because it contains
DOS/Windows carriage-return linefeed pairs. Doubly
worse, the message from the sh interpreter is:
bad interpreter: No such file or directory
which because of the purpose of the script, to run the
FESI interpreter, is very misleading.
A corrected bin/fesi script is attached.
