Instead of bunch of WAIT_X functions, it would be very useful if we came up with a more generic and solid approach built into the language itself.

• [x] WAITFOR EVENT
• [ ] WAITFOR VALUE
• [ ] WAITFOR [NOT] EXISTS

Similar, but more broader like in MS SQL.

Possible syntax

WAITFOR EVENT event_name IN source [OPTIONS options] [timeout]

WAITFOR VALUE identifier EXPRESSION identifier | value IN source [timeout]

WAITFOR [NOT] EXISTS identifier IN source [timeout]
