This release includes:
- improvements in the configuration mechanism, all configuration settings are moved in settings.cfg file, now mandatory

- added a -c, --clean parameter to remove temporary file and directories

- now FEMMA strips endpoints not supported by ADFS and ignores entities without HTTPS

- added support for custom rules

- added dynamic NameID type assignment.
