src\\win32\\msvc\\.cvsignore

* added to the project so that a CVS update does no longer complain about files generated by Visual Studio when working in the CVS tree directly with the compiler; looks a lot cleaner that way

Newly added files:

[src\\win32\\caps\\c] caps_win32.c

- this is the main CAPS module, containing the startup/shutdown routines,
the 4 virtual drives and code to read data from those that references the
structures in floppy.c; I made this external since CAPS is platform dependant
it's also available for Linux, the files included are for Win32 only
(the developers even say it's WinNT only and does not necessarily work with Win9x)

[src\\win32\\caps\\include] caps_win32.h

- header file with exports from the CAPS module, referenced in floppy.c

[src\\win32\\caps\\include] CapsAPI.h, CapsLib.h, Comlib.h, Comtype.h

- development header files from the CAPS project, required when using the CAPS module

[lib\\win32\\msvc\\caps] CAPSImg.lib

- the linker library; I committed this into the CVS so that you don't need to start
downloading stuff from the project and modifying your build environments, it should
work pretty straightforward

Changes to existing files:

config.c

- minor change to the setting of the write protection attribute
(IPF images need to be write protected by default)

floppy.c/h

- added additional drive status code FLOPPY_STATUS_IPF_OK, changes to the code to support those images
- changes are only active when FELLOW_SUPPORT_CAPS is set in the preprocessor definitions

wgui.c

- the disk image selection dialog now allows for the opening of IPF images;
you have to select is as a type though first in the selection box

WinFellow.vcproj

- FELLOW_SUPPORT_CAPS defined in the preprocessor variables; you can enable/disable this at your liking
- additional include directory "../CAPS/include" added to the list
- added "CAPSImg.dll" to the list of delay loaded DLLs (so it's not required to start WinFellow,
CAPS support is completely optional and will remain optional due to licensing reasons)
- defined additional library directory for the linker: "../../../lib/win32/msv...

filesys.c

- fixed several memory leaks; however I'm still not finished, the code still leaks volume names somewhere
on each reset
