Commit [r410]  Maximize  Restore  History

- converted assembly memorySetIOWriteStub's for the blitter to C functions (which are also being used)

- added necessary code to other modules to let them work correctly when calling C functions from assembly code (adding pushad, popad, push edx, push ecx)
