#16 implicit #import<flx.flxh>?

pretty much every user-level script I've seen has "#import <flx.flxh>" at
the top of the file, so it'd be nice if this could be automatically inlined in
every file compiled. However, I can understand that there may be some
files that it would be inappropriate to have the import in it, but those will
probably be rare. That functionality could be supported with a compiler
flag disabling the automatic import.

Setting a low priority since everything works fine as it is at the moment.
