SDL tests not working properly. Sound is poor, screen
goes white on any mouse click or resize. Keyboard and
graphics do work though.
Some tests don't compile, using OpenGL symbols like
GL_BGR which isn't available on Windows for some
reason. GL_BGR_EXT is available.
