A zip file containing a couple of OPML test cases - 8
errors and 1 clean.

Where necessary I've included comments in each file
referencing the OPML specification and guidelines or
other justification for why I believe it to be a valid test
case.

    Excellent test cases. The only substantive change I made
    was to issue a obsolete version warning when an
    outlineDocument is encountered.

    These changes will go online by this afternoon.
