Very low (5) - minor aesthetics
Low (4) - aesthetic issues that affect usability, e.g. text wrapping
Medium (3) - usability issues that could cause user error
Medium high (2) - usability issues that make the feature effectively unusable
High (1) - bugs that make the feature unusable, e.g. not allowing the user to enter or save data
