Menu

Marker

Sven Mostböck

A marker defines a range of channels in a histogram plot. Markers are drawn into histograms with the "Marker" tool from the icon menu bar. A histogram can hold multiple markers. Markers are specific for a given histogram and do not influence markers in other histograms. Markers can not be used to define gates.

The dialog to edit markers

Markers can be changed in the "Edit Markers" dialog under the "Plot" menu. There, you can change the name and range of the markers of the respective histogram. If multiple histograms are selected, the markers of the first histogram are changed in this dialog. Markers can be copied / pasted into other histograms.
