I have a problem that my FCSalyzer can't not find and open my .fcs files.
Even I click on .fcs files and want to choose FCSalyzer to open it, it did not work.
I also tried to choose fcs file from FCSalyzer, but it could not find the files which are in a folder of desktop.
Could you help me solve this problem.....
Thank you very much in advance.
Hi,
FCS files are not directly opened in FCSalyzer. They are loaded into a plot in an analysis document.
So you need to draw a plot onto the document. This will open a file browser, in which you can select your FCS data file. Please note that on a Mac, the file browser might not work proberly in "FCSalyzer.JAR". Try "FCSalyzer_alternative.JAR" instead.
For an example of loading a FCS file, please see the Wiki (https://sourceforge.net/p/fcsalyzer/wiki/Home/) and the tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8LTHK26lHM
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
Sven
