Hi, I am sorry for the late reply - the post ended up in the spam-section and I overlooked it.
Well, in case anyone still reads this: you can't use regions/gates with histograms with FCSalyzer.
I am not sure any longer why I didn't implement this - I guess because you can also make simply a region on the regular dot plot as well to achieve the same results as with a histogram gate.
