At the last moment I decided to include fcomm.hlp in release 0.36 because it has index links - these are very useful for quick reference. Can we add them to html and pdf?

The html-doc contaisn some links (only from the contents to the different sections. I suppose it is possible to fix it in .pdf also, but I havn't checked it yet.
BTW, I just uploaded a new version to CVS and to http://Fcomm.sourceforge.net/docs/ I think the layout is OK now. Time to look more into contents. Comments?

There's a bug in the html file (haven't checked the PDF one yet). In section 3.6-bugs, the 'F1' is misplaced and it has brackets on both sides...
other than that, it looks good :)
