I've uploaded sounds.zip to here (250kb)
ftp://fcomm.sourceforge.net/pub/fcomm/sounds.zip
This includes new sounds and all the sounds which may be used at present. (One in sound.cpp isn't used right now.)
Vidar, how should I upload the files for release so you can build them with inno?
(Or you could upload the script and graphics which are needed and a readme.txt to say what directories to put everything in.)

Tomorrow, I will fix it and upload the script.
I suggest we also have a normal ZIP (tar.gz) download in case some preserve to use ZIP instead of install programs.
So you can upload the newest version as a tar.gz file, and I will download and compile new setup tomorrow.
Have you figured out the commandline for compiling with ISX yet? It is possible to fully automate the process so that ISX quits when its done.
