#47 Additional options for genmon plugin

I have updated the genmon plugin with additional options:

- TextBgColor - sets the background colour of the label
- TextAlign - sets the text alignment of the label
- LeftClickCommand, MiddleClickCommand, RightClickCommand - commands to run when plugin is clicked on

I have also enabled multi-line results from the monitored command to be parsed.

Finally I have updated the version number of the plugin to 0.4.

Hopefully these changes are useful for people. :)
