#31 Shell variable expansion in "action" fields

This is a rewrite from scratch of dashs's patch to
allow shell expansions inside action fields.
The dashs's version doesn't work because of memory
corruption (if the expansion is greater than the
variable name).

This one uses GString dynamic strings.
