#72 tclock background transparency option

I just compiled 6.1 and notice that the tcklock background has become transparent. No doubt this works well very well in many setups, but with mine (the transparent fpanel is with a black tint) the black text now gets lost.

It would be nice to have a configuration option to get the old behavior back.
