#58 Implement border/edge detection
The kde panel and xfce4-panel are both detected, so that a window manager's "sticky" or "maximize" features can see the panel.
fbpanel does not currently do that. So a maximized window would go underneath fbpanel, or changing the size of a window would ignore fbpanel and not be "sticky" to it.
Learn how these other panels do it, and implement a border or edge for fbpanel so that the window manager can see it.
This has long been implemented, and this ticket can be closed.
