#110 The new build system forgets to install the localization
This happens with the new build system, so with SVN revision 521.
Running make DESTDIR=foo install doesn't install the localization files, such as:
foo/usr/share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/fbpanel.mo
foo/usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/fbpanel.mo
So fbpanel is back to being only in English at r521.
