#104 "All Workspaces" in right click menu doesnt work; Openbox

Selecting "All Workspaces" from the right-click menu on a taskbar button does not make the window available on all workspaces/desktops (Nor does it seem to do anything). However, attempting to move a window to a specific workspace works as it should. This is the case with the latest version of Openbox (3.5) on an up-to-date Arch linux install using fbpanel svn revision 513.

I can provide any logs or necessary information upon request. Love the workspaces addition and the panel in general.
