#12 Dedicated server FBMC crash

When running with the dedicated server, FBMC crashes
on a timeout, restart or similar reinitialize of the mission.
When no real pilots in game ie. "server" only , then
everything is fine.

observations:
1. The dedicated server does not have a tod command.
2. Once crashed, FBMC will not successfully start with
the server populated with any pilot however ok if just
the server only.
3. FBMC will successfully load, add the pilots, determine
the aircraft they are flying, then crash soon after the
first server chat welcome message.

This may be related to the random crashes bug?
