#310 Better Looking 8x16 VGA Font

The default monospace 8x16 vga font small letters "i & l" looks ugly.

You'll really notice these letters look wrong, because of the spacing caused by these letters.

Redo the "i & l" by making the very bottom width of these letters wider.

You might have to treak the top portion of the "i".

I have redone the "i & l" in my vga.f16 font, and now it looks almost as good as a portional font.
