#550 openGL + x11 + xinerama dosnt work

If xinerama running on a x11 linux the opengl dosn't work.

A solution is to disable the Doublebuffering for OpenGL in /gfxlib2/opengl/x11/libfb_gfx_driver_opengl.c on Line 166 (remove GLX_DOUBLEBUFFER)

xinerama doesnt support dbe so that "screen" command in fbc will freez the app inside the "screen" command. The App must terminate with "kill"

Maybe its better to check if doublebuffering is supported by x11 before doublebuffering will enabled in fbgfx ... or check the flags of screen if doulebuffer want btw. don't want.
