As mentioned in the previous post we have replaced the old trunk with a re-designed version of faunus, following better C++ coding standards. We use many new C++11 features so a recent compiler is require - see the Readme file. The majority of the old functionality is ported and we have added basic MPI support - for example for parallel tempering Monte Carlo.

We are currently working on redesigning Faunus to make it more flexible. Preview the changes by checking out branches/ny. We make heavy use of C++11 features so you'll need a fresh compiler -- GCC 4.6+ or Clang 3.0+ will do. We plan to replace the current trunk at the end of 2011.
