#7 Installation - execute permission and doc directory

Hi, thanks for the recent CMakeLists.txt fixes. Installation now completes without errors but I notice a couple of remaining problems:

1, /usr/local/sbin/fatx has no execute permission
2, The documentaton (ChangeLog, COPYING etc.) gets installed into /usr/local/share/doc rather than a subdirectory of that, e.g. /usr/local/share/doc/fatx
