First version of TTFix is released. It's a TrueType font fixer that fixes a bug
common in Arabic-enabled OpenType fonts distributed by Microsoft and
other vendors. The bug displays initial and medial forms of
FARSI YEH (Unicode codepoint U+06CC) like its isolated form.
