#140 Виснет MTP при стирании файла в PortaDev
При работе с моим телефоном Samsung Note 4 (N910H) на Андроид
6.0.1 в Виндовс 8.1 при стирании любого файла через PortaDev Фар и
вообще весь MTP наглухо виснет. То есть если даже я потом запускаю
Проводник то он тоже висит пока не отключу кабель от телефона. Если
стирать файлы Проводником то такого не происходит. Если нужны логи или что то другое что поможет разобратся в проблеме то рад буду посодействовать. С уважением Юрий (asdgsm@gmail.com)

Проблема известна.
Но как её решать мне неизвестно.
Раньше проводник тоже этим грешил, но M$ как-то с этим справились.
На долгие исследования времени нет.
Если (вдруг) есть информация в чём м.б. дело, дайте знать...
I had confirmed the same problem, in my case on Android Oreo. There seems to be a bug in the waiting code in the panel::remove function that crashes Far and the MTP driver when deleting files or dirs. Here's a quick & dirty hack; open PortaDev's panel.cpp file and find this line:
wait_wnd ww = silent_oper ? nullptr : new wait_wnd(_PSI.GetMsg(&_FPG, ps_title), msg.c_str());
then change it to:
wait_wnd ww = nullptr;
After recompiling you can happily delete all the p0rn in your mobile and it won't crash on you anymore <g> :)

I did some tests without plugin code at all (wpd_t.cpp).
Any FIRST Delete operation will cause froze about 1-2 minutes on my system.
Didn't try waiting 1-2 minutes.
Sure it is a dirty fix, but it didn't stall anymore and delete is working fine for files & dirs.
Can you confirm that original (not modified) FarPortaDev_3.14.1 still hangs up after first delete operation?
The system should be the same where modified plugin works smoothly...
Ok so it was a coincidence! I confirm the unmodified plugin works smoothly, but in my case the wait for first deletion was about 2.5-3 minutes. So this is an OS level issue :(

Гаспадиисусе, наконец то пофиксили зависание при удалении, спустя столько лет. (Андрюша 9 и Вынь7 - вис ранее). Причём на 11 и 12 Андрюше не висло.
