After perl cgi update, any adds or edits result in this error message:

problem: Invalid header value contains a newline not followed by whitespace: location="Server: Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Status: 302 Moved Date: Tue, 1... at (eval 7) line 25.

I can confirm this bug is triggered by having version CPAN's CGI.pm 3.50 (and some earlier versions?), however this existing patch "#26 Redirect to redirection headers" is sufficient to fix the incompatibility in FOM.
