I just downloaded and installed FaceTrackNoIR, followed by the FaceTrackNoIR PluginPack. During the installation of the PluginPack, the IR PointTracker (like FreeTrack) was selected.
When the installation completed, I opened FaceTrackNoIR. But no IR PointTracker is available to select under Tracker Source.
I have a Grass Monkey Odyssey IR point device that I want to use for the head tracking. How do I fix this in FaceTrackNoIR?

Hello Jeff,

That's strange: something must have gone wrong during the procedure. I have just tried it too (on a 'clean' PC) using SetupFaceTrackNoIRv204aPluginPack.exe. I do see PointTracker 1.1 after the procedure...

Did you install to the same folder?

Okay. I see "PointTracker 1.1" under "Tracker Source". I was looking for "IR Point Tracker". Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I'm using the FSX SimConnect protocol. And started FTNoIR. It picked up the IR points but it is running VERY slowly and jerky. I guess I'm at the next step and need to figure out what settings to adjust.
