#266 Customizable r_tracker_frag messages

After some experiments with fragfile.dat qqshak said it is not possible to really add extra options to this (despite it worked for jogi?), so here i go requesting this: allow for r_tracker_frag (separate frag messages) customization. For example, i'm interested in having the weapon color different for the following events: my frag, teammate frag, enemy frag, frag on me.
