Doesn't work on MSVC 2012

The example in the README file doesn't work on MSVC 2012. Maybe on other version of MSVC.

The error occured:
Debug Assertation Failed!

The function getUsage doesn't work. I think, the problem is in getUsageDescriptions, which contains "Iter=insertionIter++". Indeed, how to increment list?
