So I made the suggested changes to make it work and then I tried to = update the search indexes. Now when I do a search I get the following = error Can't take log of 0 at = /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Plucene/Search/Similarity.pm line 61. So it seems to have destroyed the indexes because even if I undo the = changes and reupdate I get the same thing. Do I need to recreate the search indexes from scratch again? And then = how do I get rid of the ARRRAY error? Hello,
I am getting the following error when I do a search( plucene)
Not an ARRAY reference at ./ezmlm-www.pl line 375
The only reference to this error I can find is someone else had the =
issue in august of 2006 and they found a "fix" posted below. =
Essentially removing the array reference. This also works for me and I =
can search and I get results BUT I have the same effect as Brain below =
results look like this, what are the ()?

I have 4 mailing lists.....all are set up the same, permissions and all. = I have 2 lists that the indexer does not want to make an index for, I = get "no messages". Everything I can think of, I have looked at. One more minor issue that someone hopefully has a hint for: When "ez_indexer.pl --update" is invoked, it appers to shorten the length of the segments index. This, in turn, generates the following Plucene error: Can't take log of 0 at /usr/local/libdata/perl5/site_perl/Plucene/Search/Similarity.pm line 62. I can resolve the error by simply testing for 0, but it's apparent that no search results are returned. Ideas? --Brian |

Any clues as to the following error message that is generated when performing a search? Not an ARRAY reference at ./ezmlm-www.pl line 375 Indexes have been generated, Plucene modules loaded, etc. I just wanted to check before I start doing extensive debugging on this. BTW, the installation of ezmlm-www on OpenBSD was...let's say less than straightforward (through no fault of ezmlm-www)! I'll post some notes here when I get a chance, maybe save someone a little time on getting this up and running. --Brian |
