#70 Bug when using ESC-<

When in a folder, using ESC-< (though it now does work
to go to the first message), that first message does
not have a summary line. Hitting RETURN will bring up
the message, and then exiting to the other menu will
have the message summary line shown.

Don't actually have to use that key--just scroll up when the
list has to be redrawn and the very first message summary
isn't printed regardless.
