#208 login url error on session timeout

Hi Guys

Just downloaded the latest stable and after a while
when the session timeout occurs the link to log back in
(adminlogin.php) doesn't include the path to the admin dir.

I've fixed mine but thought you should know.

There's the same problem with anonymous login.

After a while the session is purged in the db I think. And a
anonymous user ( normal surfer ) when clic on a link have a
stupid message "session timeout - you have to login in "

But he doesn't have to login
