Playing SI was a lot more work than I've done on development; I'd forgotten what it means for a game to be called Ultima (100+ hours of gameplay?). I'd like to let the code settle down for a week or two, and avoid changes to the engine other than for really serious bugs. The only things I'd like to do, after taking a few days rest, are: 1. Add a 'frame-rate' option to the Gameplay menu. 2. Make sure that the 'fadeout' bug, when starting a new game, is still fixed. As for improvements to theft, combat, guards, formation-walking: Those can go into 1.01. But my personal goal is to work on ExultStudio mostly. |
