Final changes to SaxParser and new XsltProcessor class frameworks!

- Calendar Classes now working properly to use Iterators and to conform to new
Vector Interface
- Form Processing Framework has been implemented
- Now able to write and process forms very easy without taking care of the
plumbing associated with processing forms. Looking into the WebForm* classes
in the xpl/html/form directory
- Client & Server validation in next release
- Changes to Xml Parsing Framework.
- The XmlTagHandler now contains a name method
- Handler adding is now easier
- Now able to parse strings containing XML using XmlString and documents using
XmlDocument classes
- New XPL Document Format in Progress. XPL is an XML document type to write
HTML pages easier and faster and allows to create dynamic as well as
static pages. This is still in development is only meant for a sneak peak.
- New File class in the 'io' directory.
