hi,
i have a little problem with this program. i made a ext2 filesystem on a 400gb hd under freebsd without any partitions on it. that means the whole disc is formatted with ext2.
reading, writing and mounting under freebsd is no problem.
with ext2fsd it's not possible to mount unter my win xp professional with all general fixes that are out. it just shows "stopped" on the mount manager.
the strange thing is that the hd can be exlored with explore2fs ( http://www.chrysocome.net/explore2fs ). it would be really great to access the drive with the driver that i can work with the files directly.
/me is using the latest ext2fsd version
/me uses win xp pro with all general patches
/me tried it on different systems, all the same
tell me if you need more information from me.

ok, has been resolved :)
seems that windows can't handle filesystems which aren't in a partition (in this case slice).
maybe you want to add that kind of information in your faq or so. maybe others had the same issue ;)
