#54 Creating a FIle and Append data not refreshing the file siz

The File size is not Updated Imedietly after saving a file. The Size is reflected only after refresing the folder.
How to reproduce this..
1) Create a new text file..
2)Open file
3) write some thing in the file
4) Save the file
5)Close the file and look the size
5)it is still Zero KB..
7)After Refreshing it will show as 1KB

but it shows fine for NTFS and FASTFAT..
