The problem affects 0.68 and 0.69 versions on WIndows 10 x64.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Prepare microSD card or pendrive with FAT32 parirtition as the first one and EXT4 as the second one. I have used 120GB microSD card.
2. Insert the pendrive to a PC running Windows 10 x64 with ext2fsd version 0.68 or the newest 0.69.
3. Press Win+X and choose Disk Manager.
4. Disk manager will stuck with "Connecting with virtual disks service" message on status bar, on it's bottom

Other programs, like Acronis True Image (2013-2018) will stuck just the same under the same circumstances.

It would be great if someone could fix the bug. I hope this bug report helps.
